Recognising the importance of a genuine and open-minded conversation around wellbeing and support in today’s music industry, Stephanie offers coaching sessions that focus on finding sustainable, resourceful and individual solutions to the demands of a working life in the arts.

She has completed the IAFPD Primary Certificate in Stress Management and the Guildhall Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring at Foundation Level (accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Combining this knowledge with her experiences as a busy freelance musician, she is particularly interested in coaching and mentoring young performers who are starting out in the industry but is also working with adults in other sectors who are looking to make changes to their careers or their lifestyles.

Being passionate about working with other people, coaching is a natural addition to her work as a performer and teacher.
